Shipping policy

This policy explains how Hand Held Dyno / OEM.Digital prepares and delivers orders. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. T-shirt total-delivery estimates below are expressed in calendar days. Periods explicitly described as business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Made-to-order apparel
Every garment is made to order. Free standard delivery is included in the product price. Express delivery is not offered or advertised unless an express option is shown at checkout.
Printful normally requires 2–5 business days to make and fulfil an order. The day the order is placed is not included; the first business day is the next business day after the order is placed. Shipping then requires additional time based on the destination, selected method, product availability and fulfilment location.
For Cotton Heritage MC1087 T-shirts, our current total-delivery guide, including production and standard transit, is:
- United States: 6–10 days
- Canada: 10–14 days
- European Union: 6–10 days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 days
- Japan: 10–14 days
- Australia: 24–30 days
- New Zealand: 24–30 days
- South Africa: 24–30 days
- Other supported destinations: allow up to 30 days
The product-specific or checkout estimate takes priority where one is shown. Availability and delivery to other destinations can vary by product. Delivery estimates may change because of stock availability, production location, order holds, seasonal demand, customs processing, remote-area delivery or carrier disruption.
Ignition products
Ignition products are prepared and fulfilled in Australia. Allow 7–10 business days for handling and fulfilment before dispatch. Standard Australia Post transit follows after dispatch and varies by destination. Available delivery options, customer shipping charges and any checkout estimate are shown at checkout.
International ignition deliveries may require additional customs clearance time. Any import tax, VAT, duty or customs charge not collected at checkout is the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination country before delivery.
Taxes, duties and customs
Free standard delivery for made-to-order apparel refers to the delivery charge. Taxes or duties are handled as shown at checkout and under the rules of the destination country. Where a tax or import charge has not been collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may require payment before releasing the parcel.
Australian orders: Product prices include Australian GST.
International orders: Product prices and shipping charges do not include destination-country VAT, GST, sales tax, customs duty, tariffs or carrier brokerage charges unless those amounts are expressly shown and collected at checkout. The recipient is responsible for any amount assessed on import.
