This policy explains how Hand Held Dyno / OEM.Digital prepares and delivers orders. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Made-to-order apparel

Every garment is made to order. Free standard delivery is included in the product price. Express delivery is not offered or advertised. Because production begins only after an order is placed, apparel is not a 24-hour dispatch product and should not be expected before the earliest date in the applicable estimate below.

Our current typical total delivery estimates for made-to-order apparel are:

  • Australia: 27–30 business days
  • Canada: 11–13 business days
  • Denmark and most European destinations: about 7 business days
  • Japan: 11–14 business days
  • New Zealand: 16–19 business days
  • Sweden: about 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–7 business days
  • United States: 6–8 business days
  • South Africa: 10–16 business days
  • Other supported destinations: Delivery time varies by country and will be estimated at checkout.

For destinations not listed above, The general international transit range is 5–20 business days after fulfilment, while fulfilment normally adds 2–5 business days.

These estimates include made-to-order fulfilment and standard transit. The fulfilment provider selects the production facility according to product availability, capacity, print method and destination, so we cannot promise a particular factory or country of origin for fulfilment. The fulfilment provider may revise these estimates according to capacity, stock availability and carrier conditions. Actual delivery may also be affected by seasonal demand, customs processing and remote-area delivery.

Ignition products

Ignition products are prepared and fulfilled in Australia. Allow 7–10 business days for handling and fulfilment before dispatch. Standard Australia Post transit follows after dispatch and varies by destination. Available delivery options, customer shipping charges and any checkout estimate are shown at checkout.

International ignition deliveries may require additional customs clearance time. Any import tax, VAT, duty or customs charge not collected at checkout is the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination country before delivery.

Taxes, duties and customs

Free standard delivery for made-to-order apparel refers to the delivery charge. Taxes or duties are handled as shown at checkout and under the rules of the destination country. Where a tax or import charge has not been collected at checkout, the carrier or customs authority may require payment before releasing the parcel.
