The Ducati 500 Pantah opened a new era in 1979. Fabio Taglioni and Gianluigi Mengoli replaced the traditional bevel-gear cam drive with toothed rubber timing belts, pairing the two-valve desmodromic L-twin with Ducati’s new trellis frame.

Italy’s Motociclismo named it the best 500 cc sports bike of its time. More importantly, the Pantah established an engine and chassis architecture that would shape generations of Ducati motorcycles.

This T-shirt celebrates the compact belt-drive twin that carried Ducati out of the bevel era and laid the foundations for its modern sports bikes.

Fit & Size Guide

This is an intentionally oversized, relaxed boxy T-shirt. Choose your usual size for the intended oversized look. For a fit closer to a regular T-shirt, consider one size smaller—for example, if you normally wear Large, choose Medium. Compare these measurements with a T-shirt that already fits you well:

Care Instructions

• Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
• Use mild detergent.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not dry-clean.
• Hang-dry where practical, or tumble-dry on low.
• If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron with the garment inside-out.
• Never iron directly over the print.

Proper care helps prevent fading, cracking and shrinking.
