Some trivia about the Honda CR750
Honda’s 1969 CB750 Four helped define the modern superbike. Its 736 cc air-cooled SOHC inline-four, four carburettors, four exhausts and hydraulic front disc brake brought performance, reliability and everyday usability together in a way that changed motorcycling.
It proved itself on the track straight away. In 1969, race-prepared CB750 Fours won the Suzuka 10 Hours and the 24 Hours of Bordeaux. Both were endurance wins for a bike you could buy from a showroom. In 1970 Honda took it further with the CR750, a works racer based on the CB750, and Dick Mann rode one to victory in the Daytona 200.
The SOHC family includes the CB750K from 1969 to 1978 and the CB750F Super Sport from 1975 to 1978. The DOHC generation began in 1979.

- Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
- Use mild detergent.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Do not dry-clean.
- Hang-dry where practical, or tumble-dry on low.
- If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron with the garment inside-out.
- Never iron directly over the print.
Proper care helps prevent fading, cracking and shrinking.
