Ducati Bevel Squarecase

Ducati’s squarecase story began with the 860 Desmo racing prototype in 1973, before the 864 cc bevel-drive L-twin reached production in the Giugiaro-designed 860 GT in 1974. Its sharply angular bodywork proved highly contentious, but the engine beneath it established the foundation for Ducati’s next generation of big twins.

For 1975, Ducati developed the squarecase into the desmodromic 900 SS engine. Three years later, Mike Hailwood returned to the Isle of Man at 38 and won the Formula One TT aboard an NCR-prepared Ducati 900 SS, defeating Phil Read’s Honda after an eleven-year absence from the TT.

This T-shirt celebrates the squarecase bevel twin at the heart of one of motorcycle racing’s greatest comebacks.

Fit & Size Guide

This is an intentionally oversized, relaxed boxy T-shirt. Choose your usual size for the intended oversized look. For a fit closer to a regular T-shirt, consider one size smaller—for example, if you normally wear Large, choose Medium. Compare these measurements with a T-shirt that already fits you well:

Care Instructions

• Machine-wash cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
• Use mild detergent.
• Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
• Do not use fabric softener.
• Do not dry-clean.
• Hang-dry where practical, or tumble-dry on low.
• If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron with the garment inside-out.
• Never iron directly over the print.

Proper care helps prevent fading, cracking and shrinking.
